As I set up my metal easel tripod at the edge of their field, the cows decided it might be a feed bucket and so they wandered over to have a look at me. I quickly snapped a photo of my audience as they watched me setting up. (One of those days when set up did not go smoothly.) After a while they got bored and walked off into the distance so it was good I had quickly sketched them in at the beginning. En plein air.
