Whaler Bay on Galiano Island is often missed as it's the first one visible from the main road when everyone rushes away from disembarking the ferry, to reach their places. The home of part of the local fishing fleet at the government dock in the distance shows a great sheltered anchorage for many of the working boats of the island. 2015
