Standing on the breakwater at Roberts Creek looking south, brought back memories of my childhood spent on this coast at my grandparents' cabin and at the nearby Girl Guide camp. The shape of the rock and the log in the foreground against the smaller shapes of the cabins and homes on the beach attracted me to paint the scene.
